Superintendent's Contract

In accordance with PA School Code, Act 14 of 1949, Section 1073.1, b.1, “The board of school directors shall post the mutually agreed to performance criteria of the school district superintendent on the school district's publicly accessible Internet website."

Therefore, on September 29, 2023, the Carlynton School District Board of Directors confirmed that Dr. John W. Kreider met the agreed upon performance criteria for the 2022-2023 school year.  The evaluation process included, but was not limited to, the following standards to assess the performance of the Superintendent of Schools:
